Reviews at 3ASH DEVICE are there to help the next buyer decide well, so we publish our customers' reviews as they wrote them, positive and negative.
Who can write a review
- Customers who bought a device from 3ASH DEVICE, one review per device.
- We do not accept reviews from our staff or their relatives, or from anyone paid to write one.
How we check a review before it is published
- Our team reads every review and decides within 3 working days of receiving it.
- We publish negative reviews as we publish positive ones, and we never change the meaning of a review.
- We may hide personal data in the text (phone numbers, addresses, order numbers, IMEI and serial numbers), and blur faces in photos or leave a photo out.
When we do not publish a review
- It contains abuse, offensive language or discrimination.
- It contains personal data that cannot be hidden, advertising or links.
- It is not about a device bought from us.
- It breaks UAE law or the rights of others (privacy, copyright, defamation).
- It is a duplicate.
If we do not publish your review and you left us a way to contact you, we tell you why.
Verified purchase
The "Verified purchase" badge shows only when a review matches one of our orders (the order number with the order's email or phone).
Reviews received in other ways
Some reviews were sent to us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, or first posted on Google or Instagram. We publish them only with their writer's permission, and we show where each one came from and its original date.
Rewards
We do not pay for reviews or offer rewards that depend on a review being positive. If we ever offer something for writing a review, it will be for every review, positive or negative, and we will say so next to the review.
Our replies
We may reply to any review in public. Our replies never include customer details.
Your data
- We publish: the name you choose to show, your city if you choose one, and your review's text, stars and photos.
- We never publish: your order number, phone or email. We use them only to verify the purchase and to contact you about your review.
- Photos are made smaller in your browser before they are sent, and their location data is removed.
- We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from spam.

Removing or changing your review
Message us on WhatsApp or by email, and we remove or change it within 5 working days.
