Every device at 3ASH DEVICE is inspected before it is listed, then given one of three condition grades based on how it looks. Every device works fully in every grade, and the price changes with the condition.

What does Certified Pre-Owned mean?
- It means we checked the device with Phonecheck in more than 80 tests, graded its condition clearly, and set a minimum battery health.
- It comes with a 12-month warranty and 10-day returns.
- That is different from an ordinary used phone, which is sold as it is, usually without checks or a warranty.
- The certification is 3ASH's own; it is not an Apple programme.
How do I choose a condition?
- Performance is the same in every condition; only the look and the minimum battery health differ.
- If you use a case, Good saves you the most.

Is the device locked to a network or an account?
- No. Every device is unlocked for all networks.
- We check that it is not linked to any Apple Account and that its IMEI is clean.
Which SIM does it take?
The product page shows the device's version: physical SIM plus eSIM, eSIM only, or dual physical SIM. Choose the version you need before adding it to your cart.
When will my order arrive, and what does delivery cost?
- Delivery is free across the UAE.
- Every device arrives within 1 to 2 business days.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery has no fee, and we confirm the order with you on WhatsApp before it ships.
What if I do not like the device?
You can return a certified pre-owned device under our 10-day return guarantee, counted from the day you receive it. More information
What does the warranty cover?
Every certified pre-owned device comes with a 3ASH warranty for 12 months from the day you receive it, covering functional faults that appear with normal use. A new device is covered by Apple's warranty for one year. More information
Can I extend the warranty?
Yes, for certified pre-owned devices. You can add a 3ASH warranty extension on the product page when you buy, or within 10 days after, so your cover for functional faults continues after the first 12 months. More information
Do you buy old devices?
Yes, through our sister site 3ash.ae. You get a price offer, and we collect and check the device.
