Our name, 3ash (عاش, "lived on"), sums up our idea: a good device deserves a longer life, serving its next owner as well as it served its first. We write it 3ASH, joining the Arabic letter ع and the number 3, a bridge between our Arabic roots and the language of technology.

3ASH began by buying pre-owned devices from people across the UAE through our site 3ash.ae. With every device our team assessed, we learnt first-hand what worries anyone buying a pre-owned phone: a condition that is never described precisely, a battery no one can vouch for, and no one accountable after the sale.

That is why we launched 3ASH DEVICE. Every device we sell meets the standards we would set for ourselves: a full inspection of more than 80 tests, a clear condition grade, a stated minimum battery health, and a 3ASH warranty for 12 months.

Our principles

Transparency first

We describe every device as it is, in three grades with published criteria, and state its minimum battery health. The price you see includes VAT, and delivery is free.

No device skips inspection

Every device is tested with Phonecheck in more than 80 tests covering the screen, cameras, battery, connectivity and sensors. We check that it is free of iCloud lock and that its IMEI is clean, and the previous owner's data is erased with a certified method.

Accountability after the sale

Pre-owned devices come with a 3ASH warranty for 12 months and returns within 10 days of delivery, backed by a customer care team that stays with you until any issue is resolved.

Real sustainability

A longer device life means less electronic waste. Apple's environmental reports show that most of an iPhone's carbon footprint comes from making it, so choosing a certified pre-owned device is a smart choice for you and for the planet.
