What does Certified Pre-Owned mean?

It means 3ASH inspected the device before listing it, graded its condition clearly and set a minimum battery health. It comes with a warranty of 12 months and returns within 10 days. The certification is 3ASH's, not Apple's.

Are the devices network unlocked?

Yes. Every device is network unlocked and works with any carrier in the UAE.

What is the difference between Excellent, Very Good and Good?

The condition describes how a device looks. Every device works fully whatever its condition, and the price follows the condition.

  • Excellent: Looks close to new, with very fine marks visible only up close.
  • Very Good: Light signs of use on the body or screen that do not affect use.
  • Good: Visible signs of use on the body, with full performance.

What is the lowest battery health in each condition?

Each condition has a minimum battery health: Excellent: 90% or higher, Very Good: 85% or higher, Good: 80% or higher. We check the battery of every device before it is listed.

Does the device take a physical SIM or eSIM only?

It depends on the model and the country it was made for. Each device page shows its SIM version, and lets you choose another version when we have one.

When will my device arrive?

Delivery is free on every order, to any address in the UAE. Every device arrives within 1 to 2 business days. Each device page shows the expected delivery date.
